HRLent is a recruitment and staffing company. We help Indian companies — startups, mid-size businesses, and larger enterprises — find the right people for their open roles. On the other side, we work with professionals across technology and business functions who are actively looking or open to the right opportunity.
We cover permanent placements, contract staffing, and bench sales. Our work is concentrated in the Indian job market — we understand the hiring landscape here, know the going rates by location and skill, and have sourced across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR.
We are a focused team that works a defined set of requirements at a time. That is a deliberate choice — we'd rather do fewer things well than many things poorly.

How we work
Sourcing and screening that actually filters.
When we take on a requirement, we start by understanding it properly. That means reading the job description carefully, asking follow-up questions where the brief is ambiguous, and getting clarity on what the non-negotiables actually are.
Sourcing is done through our existing candidate network, active outreach on professional platforms, referrals, and job boards. For specialist or senior roles we do direct mapping — identifying people who match the profile and reaching out individually.
Every profile goes through an internal screening step before reaching the client. We verify availability, check notice period and salary expectations, confirm interest in the specific opportunity, and do a brief technical check where relevant.
We stay in the loop through the interview process: scheduling, coordinating feedback, managing offers, and supporting the transition through to joining.
