We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as caste, religion, or health information) unless specifically relevant to a role and provided voluntarily by you.
3. How We Use Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

We will not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects without your explicit consent.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not trade, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share candidate information with prospective employers only when:
- The candidate has been shortlisted for a specific role and has given express consent for their profile to be shared.
- The sharing is necessary to progress a confirmed recruitment engagement for which the candidate has applied or been nominated.
We may also share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as IT and software platforms), provided they are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. In the event of a legal obligation, we may disclose information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
5. Data Retention
We retain candidate profiles for up to three (3) years from the date of last contact or last active engagement, unless you request earlier deletion. Employer data is retained for the duration of our business relationship plus one year for record-keeping purposes.
Contact form submissions and general enquiry records are retained for up to twelve (12) months. After the relevant retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
If we are legally required to retain information for a longer period, we will do so only to the extent necessary to meet that obligation.
